Ocean that can be enjoyed regardless of the season

From May to November, snorkeling and diving can be enjoyed in the ocean. Whale watching is recommended during the cold season, as whales come to the area! You can also look for whales from land without getting on a boat. If you are lucky, you can see them up close! You may even be able to see whales from the hot springs!
